I get the concern about the larger systems, and I don’t disagree that there are real challenges there. This piece wasn’t meant to solve those bigger questions.
My hope was simply to highlight a few small, human scale actions that still feel meaningful and grounding. I’ve found that focusing on individual choices helps me stay oriented, even when the broader picture feels uncertain. That’s the space I’m trying to explore with this writing.
